Rosemary Pecans and Cranberries

I have discovered something amazing. No, I can’t take full credit for this flavor packed super snack combo – but it is amazing. Before going to Montana to see my bloggie idol Pioneer Woman, a stop at Trader Joe’s was necessary to stock up on all the road trip essentials. And into my basket fell a package of the Rosemary Pecans with Cranberries.
Tonight I tried to replicate them. And for a first attempt they turned out pretty decent. There is one thing I’d do differently from here on out – but either way it wasn’t an epic disaster. Woo, crisis averted.

I want to make these!!! I wish Montana had a Trader Joe's….I have TJ envy!
This looks delicious! What a bunch of great flavors together!
Sahale Snacks makes a pecan-arrangement like this too. I love it! And, as much as I am a total TJ's junkie, I'm always down with something that's a little bit more…wallet friendly?
I had no idea about the dried fruit trick until I started making granola and realized that you add the fruit at the end. Go figure.
Oh good point about the crunchy craisins….even though I don't think I could complain too much with all that rosemary and pecan goodness! Bookmarked!

I just discovered this treat at TJ’s and googled the ingredients. This recipe is easy and even better that the packaged product. I like controlling the salt, adding more cranberries. Thank you very much!
So happy to find this! Bought them at TJ;s for years. Moved to an area with out them. This area does have lots of pecan trees. Picked three bags full and will make these as little Christmas favors! Thanks!
Ohhh Lori I hope these are a hit with you!! Thanks so much and hope everyone loves them as Christmas favors 🙂
This recipe is even more valuable now that TJ’s is no longer carrying this mix! Yup — it’s true. I wanted to pick some of for Thanksgiving appetizers, but was told the item had been discontinued. Plan to make them for Christmas gifts for friends and family.
A delicious substitution for the craisins : dried cherries.
