Description

An easy homemade power snack, great for road trips or hikes!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350.
  2. In a plastic bag, add all ingredients – except Craisins – and toss to combine.
  3. Lay out coated nuts onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  4. Add in dried cranberries and toss to combine. Devour.
