Welcome back! Have you recovered from your Christmas cookie coma yet? If you haven’t got your fill of the sweet stuff, or died from diabetic shock, I’m here to give you another hit of the good stuff. There is something about the cold winter weather that makes me crave ice cream. And SLATHERED in easy nutella hot fudge.
It also pairs perfectly with the new electric throw blanket that my mother in law gave me for the holidays. So with that puppy on high, and a bowl of ice cream and the fourth season of Gilmore Girls, I’m set until New Year!

This is a recipe I have been meaning to share with you for ages. As in two years? Yeah, that sounds about right. Well before this cookbook deal, I was putting together a proposal for a cookbook on Nutella. This was one of the recipes I had wanted to showcase. But now that that is a thing of the past, I wanted to dust off the old scratch pages and bring this one back to life.

I even made a VIDEO on it!
This is a great recipe to keep on hand for when the mood strikes, it stores great in the fridge. Keep it in a microwave safe container so you can pop it right in the nuke box and pour this easy nutella hot fudge over your favorite ice cream in a hurry.
If you need more Nutella inspiration, we’ve got you covered.

I had tried a milk shake with nutella but this one is really amazing. Surely I will try this….
The first ingredient in Nutella is Palm oil. The use of palm oil is a huge factor in the deforestation of the rain forest. Don’t buy products using palm oil…don’t buy Nutella!
I’m sure there are several other brands with different ingredient lists – I hope you will make this using one you support and like. It is really tasty.
