Individual Oreo No Bake Cheesecake and *Extraordinary Meals Giveaway*
What do you do with two three pound tubs of cream cheese? No, really? What? Cause, I’m hyper focused on cheesecakes. Yes, I really do have that much cream cheese in my fridge. Costco and I are totally besties for life. But there is a reason behind it, I swear it’s legit. I’m not using it for a face mask or unseemly. I have been in wedding cake mode this summer, and somehow both brides nabbed cream cheese frosting as their keystone frosting choice. It’s summer – cream cheese frosting has not been my friend. But you wanna know what I have just found is my friend? These individual Oreo No Bake Cheesecake!!
The only problem with this is that I didn’t have a batch of Oreos to go with it. Ohhhh durn, had to go stock up. After five minutes straight staring at the cookie aisle – have you seen the different Oreos they’re out with now? I mean Coconut Fudge, come to mama. Peppermint, hello! Cake Batter in chocolate and vanilla cookie each almost fell into my basket and Peanut Butter and me are totally home skillets. Yes, I do infact subscribe to the Pre-teen Lindsay Lohan Parent Trap Oreo Trick of dipping my Oreos in peanut butter. Or Nutella. But ya know, whatever. Don’t be a hero and do it.
Lauren of Lauren’s Latest and I became friends shortly after I started blogging and won one of her giveaways – for an ice cream maker I use religiously to this day! – and I’m pretty sure if I could slide out of my chair over her food creations – Hasselback Garlic Bread, Frozen Lemon Curd Mousse, and Buffalo Chicken and Blue Cheese Fettuccine Alfred. I mean, honestly people. Well, homegirl just came out with her first e-cookbook and it is full of classics that you simply must. have.
From classic fluffy pancakes, to berry cobblers, and her FAMOUS cinnamon roll recipe, that I can personally attest to their fabulousness, are all crammed in there! With 30 perfect recipes for you and your family, you’ll be set for weeknight meals and special treats.
Lauren gave me a copy to review for free – and with that five pounds of cream cheese in my fridge, it was obvious that her No-Bake Cheesecakes needed to be actioned. And let me tell you son. Sorry, I don’t have any sons. Except for a dog. But let me tell you – these are insanely easy and even more sinfully delicious. These are going in my back pocket for quick desserts when people come over. It took all of 15 minutes to make. Dinner party, picnic, party, or well because… duh. There is no reason not to make these beauts!

Silly question… But do you remove the cream filling first, or crush the full Oreo cookie??
CRUSH THE WHOLE COOKIE!! HA! I’m not one to remove that delicious filling! The more the better!
I probably love cheesecake a little too much and no you’ve gone and made it with oreos AND there is no baking involved. These are trouble. But the good kind of trouble.
My ultimate favorite is a classic New York cheesecake, but I also love any cheesecake with peanut butter. And the key lime cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory is to die for. Really, I’ll never say no to any type of cheesecake.
