Easy Irish Cream Chocolate Fondue
Chocolate fondue is an easy entertaining option for the holidays, using just a couple of easy ingredients – especially this easy irish cream chocolate fondue.

I hope you are all gearing up, getting Christmas lists written down, unpacking all of the finery and hanging up that garland because it’s here to stay… well, at least for the next 25 days. It’s the time to bring good cheer, and chocolate to the table and celebrate those around us. Hooray, us! And I for one, love getting together with my friends and family, and friends who are as close to family as family can be to just spend time together. It’s really what makes the holidays most special to me. And hanging out in my bunny slippers, curled up with Ben and Huck.
But to help make the holidays special, and more nutritious to others, ADA Mideast is hosting their 2nd annual Milk Drive to give kids the nutritious start to the holidays, and new year that they need. Milk is one of the most requested items at food banks, but one of the least provided items, because of its perishability.
Milk and dairy are critical building blocks to a healthy body, and what better time is there to bring good cheer than to ensure that the children around us grow strong and healthy?
More than 6 Million servings of milk have been donated so far, but that is not enough. YOU CAN HELP! Chocolate fondue is an easy entertaining option for the holidays, using just a couple of easy ingredients – especially this easy Irish cream chocolate fondue.
- 9–10 Ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 8 ounces Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Pinch Salt
- 2–3 Tbsp Irish Cream
- In a large sauce pan, heat heavy cream until just starts to simmer. Remove the cream from the heat.
- Add in chocolate and stir to combine until the chocolate has melted.
- Stir in the butter, salt, vanilla and lastly the Irish Cream to combine.
- Serve immediately with several items to dip. Possible dippable items to consider – pound cake, cheesecake bites, almonds, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, marshmallows, etc.
