Description

Chocolate fondue is an easy entertaining option for the holidays, using just a couple of easy ingredients – especially this easy Irish cream chocolate fondue.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 910 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
  • 8 ounces Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Pinch Salt
  • 23 Tbsp Irish Cream

Instructions

  1. In a large sauce pan, heat heavy cream until just starts to simmer. Remove the cream from the heat.
  2. Add in chocolate and stir to combine until the chocolate has melted.
  3. Stir in the butter, salt, vanilla and lastly the Irish Cream to combine.
  4. Serve immediately with several items to dip. Possible dippable items to consider – pound cake, cheesecake bites, almonds, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, marshmallows, etc.
