Chocolate fondue is an easy entertaining option for the holidays, using just a couple of easy ingredients – especially this easy Irish cream chocolate fondue.

- 9–10 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 8 ounces Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Pinch Salt
- 2–3 Tbsp Irish Cream
Instructions
- In a large sauce pan, heat heavy cream until just starts to simmer. Remove the cream from the heat.
- Add in chocolate and stir to combine until the chocolate has melted.
- Stir in the butter, salt, vanilla and lastly the Irish Cream to combine.
- Serve immediately with several items to dip. Possible dippable items to consider – pound cake, cheesecake bites, almonds, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, marshmallows, etc.
