This is a cautionary tale of why you make a list before going to the grocery store. Otherwise, you’ll end up like me who has one fresh chicken, one deli rotesserie chicken, and four chicken boobs thawing in your fridge, and you need to use them all up by the end of the week. OMG what was I thinking? Where was my list? Where is an adult when I need one? Because clearly I am not one.
So we compiled our 35 favorite recipes that use up all those chicken leftovers in completely genius and inspiring ways. We made this 20-minute Semi-Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup last night – it will feed you and the fam for dayzzzzzzz.
