You have to make this when I get out to the west coast! I’m seriously intrigued! Thanks so much for sharing your fun recipe during the party 🙂 It’s 5 o’clock somewhere, right?
I’ll make sure I don’t drink it all and save some for you when you come out the west coast! It’s a hoot and a half. We’ll keep supplies on hand for the hangover, too.
Well, yippee and yeehaw…and, come to mama! You can get all down home and Cleetus on me anyday, Megan…so long as you serve these wicked jars full o’ Moonshine…Apple Pie style! Thanks for sharing, girl! Pinning everywhere a group board will let me pin alcoholic concoctions! xo
hahah I’m so glad someone appreciates my Cleetus-like tendancies Stacy! hahah
This looks so incredible. I love the sound of a fall-inspired moonshine!
Thanks Cassie!! It’s pretty good heated up and sipped slow, too. Or added into your hot apple cider! I’m a big fan during the holidays!
Clearly, I need this in my life. Going over to visit Rachel now.
Where has this drink been all my life?! I must haaaaaaaave it at once!
oh man, I could kill for one of these right now!
love this!
I’m an avid apple pie maker and am intrigued by the secret spiced rum ingredient but you never mention how much you put in each batch.
Put cloves in it.. I also add ground cinnamon from Saigon to mine.. Frozen tree top apple juice… And apple cider.. I put more cinnamon sticks in it to..
I still have some thats been in my closet since last yr..We drank some of it Thanksgiving night.. So shelf life I don’t know.. But we didn’t get sick. I don’t measure cloves or ground cinnamon.. Most everyone likes the ground cinnamon added in..
Regarding the Capt. Morgan’s Rum, Do you use the spiced rum OR the all-new Capt. Morgan’s Silver? The Silver is a clear rum. And how many cups work better on the brown sugar?
