Description

Dynamic recipes don’t have to be complicated, and cooking them doesn’t mean being tied to your stove all day long. Campbell’s Sweet Teriyaki Chicken Oven Sauce packs a punch of flavor in a tiny package.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds of Chicken Breast
  • 1 package Campbell’s Oven Sauce in Sweet Chicken Teriyaki
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1 head Butter Lettuce, rinsed and dried

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a 13×9 inch pan, add chicken to the pan, and surround with sliced vegetables.
  3. Pour one package of the Campbell’s Sweet Chicken Teriyaki sauce over the top. Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and using two forks, shred the pieces of chicken. Serve with rinsed and dry butter lettuce leaves to make into hand held wraps.
