When you need a change from a traditional bloody mary, these Smoky and Spicy Mexican Red Beers will totally fit the bill!

- 1 Pacifico, or other Mexican Beer
- 1 cup Spicy V8 or Tomato Juice
- 1/4 tsp Chipotle Tabasco Sauce
- Lime
- Cilantro, minced and for garnish
- Sea Salt
Instructions
- In a pitcher, gently mix together the Pacifico beer, V8 juice, Chipotle Tabasco sauce, and a squeeze of lime. Add more Tabasco to your taste, if desired.
- In two large glasses, use a slice of lime to run around the rims of the glasses. Dredge the rims of the glasses in sea salt to add a little flair.
- Pour the Red Beer into the glasses, and garnish with a wedge of lime, and stalks of cilantro. Float minced cilantro on top of the red beer for extra freshness.
