1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Roll packed sugar cookie dough out onto a well floured surface until 1/8″-1/4″ thick.  Using a 1″ diameter round cookie cutter cut out cookies and place onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
3. Once on the cookie sheet, use the 1/2″ diameter cookie cutter to cut out every other cookie with a circle in the center.
4. Place the cutout cookie dough in the freezer for 5-10 minutes prior to baking.
5. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and let cool on a wire rack. Repeat until all the cookie dough is baked.

To assemble:

1. Lay a solid cookie on the bottom and top with 1/4 tsp of Nutella, and then 1/4 tsp of Strawberry jam. Top with a circle cutout cookie on top and press.
2. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top of all the cookies when fully assembled. Serve.
