Description
Bananas Foster Frosting is a favorite flavor combo with banana and rum! This can be made with rum extract instead of the booze version, and either way it’s good.

Cupcakes
- 1 box Pillsbury Vanilla Cupcakes Mix
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 cup Water
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp Rum Extract
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Frosting
- 1 cup Banana, mashed
- 1 cup Butter
- 4–5 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Rum Extract
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Prepare Cupcakes according to box directions.
- For Frosting, beat together banana and butter until smooth.
- Add in rum extract, cinnamon and salt until combined.
- With the mixer on low, mix in powdered sugar until combined. If frosting is too thin, add more sugar. If frosting is too thick, add milk 1 tsp at a time until desired consistency is reached.
