Scale
- 4 Ripe Bananas
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1–2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- Raspberries, optional
- Blueberries, optional
- Crushed Cookies, optional
- Foil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill on medium heat.
- Using a knife, make a small slice the length of each banana in the curve of each banana. You want the banana laying upright, like a boat, cutting down the middle of the banana skin and open the banana skin to reveal the banana inside.
- Divide the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows amongst the bananas, stuffing the chips and mallows inside the skin.
- Using 1 square of foil, wrap each banana boat in foil, sealing completely.
- Reduce the grill to low heat and place each foil banana packet onto the grill. Cover and roast for 5-10 minutes depending on the ripeness of the banana. These were done for 10 minutes. The marshmallows should be melted and toasted and the chocolate should be fully melted.
- Remove and unwrap. Add berries of your choice if desired, or cookie crumbles! Serve immediately.
