Description

Take this campfire classic to your grill with these 10 Minute Grilled Banana Boats! And individualize them with all your favorite toppings!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 12 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • Raspberries, optional
  • Blueberries, optional
  • Crushed Cookies, optional
  • Foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill on medium heat.
  2. Using a knife, make a small slice the length of each banana in the curve of each banana. You want the banana laying upright, like a boat, cutting down the middle of the banana skin and open the banana skin to reveal the banana inside.
  3. Divide the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows amongst the bananas, stuffing the chips and mallows inside the skin.
  4. Using 1 square of foil, wrap each banana boat in foil, sealing completely.
  5. Reduce the grill to low heat and place each foil banana packet onto the grill. Cover and roast for 5-10 minutes depending on the ripeness of the banana. These were done for 10 minutes. The marshmallows should be melted and toasted and the chocolate should be fully melted.
  6. Remove and unwrap. Add berries of your choice if desired, or cookie crumbles! Serve immediately.
