- 1 cup Sugar, divided (See Note)
- 6 ounces White Chocolate, chopped finely (or white baking chips is fine)
- 3 ounces Butterscotch Chips, chopped finely
- 2/3 cup Non-Fat Milk Powder
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 tsp Rum Extract
- 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
For Prepared Hot Cocoa –
- 1 cup Milk, of choice
- 1/4 cup Eggnog White Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix
- Whipped Cream, optional
- Dash of nutmeg, optional
Instructions
*NOTE* Because white chocolate and butterscotch are so sweet, start with 1/2 cup of sugar in the mix. Taste test it briefly to see if it needs more sugar to your taste. Add in remaining sugar as needed.
- Place all ingredients into a food processor, and grind until a very fine powder forms. About 1 minute.
- Place mix in airtight storage containers.
- To prepare your eggnog white chocolate hot cocoa, heat up milk until steaming hot. Stir in 1/4 cup of hot cocoa mix. Adjust more or less to your taste. Garnish as desired.
