Description
Silky and soft egg custard is key to this eggnog custard pie! It’s simple to make, and filled with all the spices and flavors of the season!

- 1 Pie Crust, rolled and placed in pie pan
- 4 Large Eggs
- 2 cups Eggnog
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Rum Extract
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Roll pie crust and place it into a pie plate, crimp the edges. Place the crust in the fridge until ready to fill and the oven is preheated.
- In a bowl, whisk together all remaining pie filling ingredients until smooth. Pour into the pie shell.
- Pour the filling into the pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the temperature to 350 and continue to bake 50-60 minutes, or until a knife inserted into pie near the center comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack until cool, and refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with whipped cream if desired.
