Description
These soft and chewy cookies are loaded with Coconut M&M’s and White Chocolate chips. They have a perfect texture, and are sure to satisfy your sweet cravings!

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with a silicone liner.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter and sugars until creamy and smooth. Scrape down the sides and beat in egg and vanilla.
- In medium bowl, whisk together flour, pudding, salt, and baking soda. With the mixer on low, mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Add in Coconut M&M’s and white chocolate chips. Mix to combine.
- With a medium cookie scoop, place dough 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cookies rest on cookie sheet for 5 minutes, then remove and allow to cool on wire rack.
- Devour.
