This All American Mini Meatloaves is perfect for a week night meal and will satisfy the biggest meat eater in your house!!

- 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1/3 cup minced Parsley, (or 1/4 cup Freeze Dried Salad Blend Herbs)
- 2/3 cup Panko Crumbls
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp (Good Quality) Dijon Mustard
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 4 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix together the panko, parsley, milk, Worcestershire sauce, egg, mustard, garlic, and salt. Add in ground beef and mix with your hands until evenly combined.
- Divide the meat into 4-6 balls, depending on how large you want your meat loaves. Gently mold them into 4×3 ovals.
- Heat oil in a 12 inch skillet. Add in loaves and cook until browned on each side – about 3 minutes. Gently turn.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup and vinegar. Add to the top of the meatloaves prior to placing them in the oven.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they reach 160 degrees internally. Serve immediately.
