Description

This All American Mini Meatloaves is perfect for a week night meal and will satisfy the biggest meat eater in your house!!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1/3 cup minced Parsley, (or 1/4 cup Freeze Dried Salad Blend Herbs)
  • 2/3 cup Panko Crumbls
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp (Good Quality) Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 4 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the panko, parsley, milk, Worcestershire sauce, egg, mustard, garlic, and salt. Add in ground beef and mix with your hands until evenly combined.
  3. Divide the meat into 4-6 balls, depending on how large you want your meat loaves. Gently mold them into 4×3 ovals.
  4. Heat oil in a 12 inch skillet. Add in loaves and cook until browned on each side – about 3 minutes. Gently turn.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup and vinegar. Add to the top of the meatloaves prior to placing them in the oven.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they reach 160 degrees internally. Serve immediately.
